as i dont pay for dA, i don't think something i report will be cause for his/her ban so maybe you and the other models whose pictures they have stolen can complain about him? it's terrible to see him continuing to do this.
I don't get people sometimes...
I'll admit I've put faces on other people's bodies before, but never to use in a public setting. It's mainly to practice editing skills and my girlfriend gets a laugh out of seeing something like one of our friends' face on a rabbit or something like that. But to do that and put it here is just forfeiting any right to call yourself a serious artist.
